Lavender Lane Laundry serves individuals and families throughout our community who value convenience, care, and peace of mind. Our services were created especially with busy mothers and families in mind, but we are happy to support anyone who could use a helping hand with laundry.

How does the laundry pickup and delivery service work?

We make laundry simple and stress-free. Schedule your pickup online, leave your laundry ready at the designated time, and we’ll take care of the rest washing, drying, folding, and returning it fresh to your door. We offer free pick up and delivery within a 5-mile radius of 68124.

What types of laundry do you accept?

We accept most everyday household laundry, including clothing, towels, bedding, and baby items. To ensure a safe and hygienic process for everyone, we kindly ask that all items are rinsed and free of solid waste prior to pickup. We do not process dry cleaning. Can I schedule recurring pickups?

Yes! We offer weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly pickup schedules to make laundry as effortless as possible.

Do you wash orders separately?

Yes. Each customer’s laundry is washed, dried, and folded separately. This ensures your items are handled with care and never mixed with another customer’s clothing.

How should I prepare my laundry?

Please place your laundry in a standard 13-gallon trash bag with no rips or tears and avoid overfilling the bag. Leave it at the agreed pickup location at your scheduled time. If you have special instructions, you can include them when placing your order. For health and safety reasons, we kindly ask that items are free of solid waste prior to pickup.

How do I request free laundry support if I am a mom in crisis?

We set aside 10% of our profits to offer laundry relief for moms experiencing hardship. If you or someone you know could benefit, please visit our Laundry Relief Request Form (coming soon) or contact us directly for help.
